Welcome
to my web page, this site contains information on the species of
Reptiles I keep. Detailed within are daily journals of each animal
and these detail my successes and failures. The Journals cover the first three and a bit years in detail, the time most of charges were growing to maturity and as such should give those's new to the hobby an idea of what is involved and what to expect. A lot has changed in the hobby since I started, intense pressure is now being applied by various organizations in an attempt to prevent the selling of reptiles and with some species ban the keeping of them altogether. Most of the commonly available reptiles are easy to keep once you understand their requirements. Anyone thinking of starting in the hobby should first do a much research as possible on the species they intend to keep, use the web, search out the books and join a club.
